| and if a potential buyer wants to buy the house, they will negotiate a price. Then they oversee the closing | ||||||

| MLS for Less | ||||||
| Home is listed in the MLS and available to any and all real estate agents to sell. If the home is sold by a | ||||||
| real estate agent the selling agent will get the standard 2.7% and Assist2Sell will get 1.8%. However, | ||||||
| if a direct buyer comes along and buys the home without an agent, Assist2Sell will not charge 4.5% but | ||||||
| instead will revert back to Direct 2 Buyer and charge the flat rate of $2,995. | ||||||
| They suggest trying Direct 2 Buyer for 2 to 4 weeks and then going to the MLS for Less option. | ||||||
